The Intel and PowerPC version of Raptor can be downloaded by clicking on the links above.  Once the file is downloaded uncompress the zip file and use the .iso file to burn the Raptor CD.

If you are having trouble with incomplete downloads try using an application such as Download Accelerator which will resume downloads after a lost connection.
